Two band speeds via a pole-changeable motor.
Robust gearbox with hardened and ground shaft.
Precise and robust band guides with adjustable carbide plates.
Longer service life of the saw band due to a 25° saw arm inclination.
Efficient coolant application to the saw band guides.
Electromechanical monitoring of the saw band tension; if deviations occur, a microswitch switches off the machine.
Chip removal brush for optimal cleaning and maintenance of the saw band.
Operation of the semi-automatic machine:
Automatic workpiece clamping after the start of the cutting cycle.
Execution of the sawing cut with the selected band speed.
Automatic stop of the lowering movement and the saw band in the lower end position.
Automatic retraction of the saw arm to its upper end position.
Vise opens automatically.
The operator only needs to move the material.
