This automatic packaging and labeling line from the German company Kraus (layout BG-1000) delivers a fast, ergonomic, and fail-safe packing process. The machine is in very good condition.

The system is designed to streamline the operator's manual packing work: the operator simply selects the desired bag size (1, 2, or 3) on the control panel, after which the label is printed and automatically applied to the bag during feeding. A built-in pneumatic opening mechanism automatically inflates and opens the bag, allowing the goods to be placed quickly and easily inside. Once the operator has sealed the bag and pressed the start button, the finished package is transported onward to the outbound conveyor for seamless integration with, for example, a sorting system.

The machine is equipped with three adjustable JoKer Eco 500 magazines, which are currently configured for bag sizes of 210x480 mm, 285x495 mm, and 360x560 mm, but which can be easily adjusted for other formats and specific packaging requirements. The entire system is easily controlled via an intuitive 5" HMI touchscreen. This is a complete packing cell with a compact footprint (approximately 4.0 x 2.2 m) that significantly reduces packing time per order, eliminates manual labeling errors, and increases capacity in your warehouse flow.
