Collection and Transport Conditions
Delivery terms: EXW Veszkény, Hungary – Incoterms® 2020, at the seller’s premises, excluding loading onto the collecting vehicle.

The purchase price does not include loading or transport. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for any dismantling required for transport, transport preparation, movement within the premises, lifting, cranage, loading, packaging, load securing, transport, insurance and unloading at the destination. All such operations shall be carried out at the buyer’s risk and responsibility, at a time and in a manner agreed with the seller in advance.

The buyer shall provide a suitable transport vehicle, appropriate lifting and load-securing equipment, and qualified personnel. Any necessary transport permits, customs clearance and related administrative formalities shall also be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
